
Our history
Copasetic, which means "totally satisfactory", is a café, bar and restaurant in the Eixample Esquerra neighborhood.
The space reflects a sustainable consciousness, with a vintage 1920s-inspired interior handcrafted from eco-friendly materials and a menu created from locally sourced, mostly organic ingredients with many gluten-free and lactose-free options.
Since 2013 we have been committed to the concept of comfort food, with simple, tasty and honest recipes,
as well as satisfying portions. We adapt to most dietary restrictions.
We use organic, local and seasonal products when possible and and we care about both the quality of the product and its socio-environmental impact.
-Our bread is made from sourdough from the Baluard bakery.
-Our gluten-free bread is vegan and made with organic flours
-Our meat is organic from cooperatives in the Pyrenees
-Our chicken is free range
-Our eggs are free range & organic
-Our coffee is organic and fair trade
-Our milk and vegetable drinks are organic
-Our juices, teas, legumes, etc... are organic
